Check-in Time:
Anytime after 3:00 pm.

Check-Out Time:
Check-out time is anytime before 11:00 am

Extra Guests:
Rates are based on 2 adults per room; additional adults will be
charged $25.00 per night.

Family Policy:
Children under 16 years of age stay free with an accompanying adult.
There is an additional $35.00 cleaning fee applied for families

Extra Beds and Cribs:
Cribs are available at no extra charge.

Parking:
There is plenty of free parking on the property

Pet Policy:
We do not allow pets.

Smoking Policy:
Spin and Margies is a nonsmoking property. Guests may smoke
outside only. Guests who smoke in their rooms will be charged a
cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your reservation, you must do so at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival date to receive a full refund of your deposit.Your deposit is equal to half your stay with us. Reservations cancelled less than two weeks prior to arrival will be forfeit their deposit unless we are able to re-rent your room.

Deposit:
We require a 50% deposit at the time of reservation request and balance due upon arrival. All state and local taxes will apply. We accept VISA/MC, personal checks, or cash. Note: If paying by personal check, entire payment is due at time of reservation request.
